Account Information

Name (optional), email address, password (hashed)
Workspace name and membership roles

Usage & Telemetry Data

When you send telemetry to Opsmeter, we collect metadata such as:

Provider, model, endpoint tag, prompt version (metadata only)
Token counts (input/output/total)
Latency and status
User ID reference (if you send one)
Timestamps

Important: Opsmeter does not collect or store prompt content or LLM responses by default. We only store usage metadata.

Operational Data

API keys (stored as hashes)
IP address and basic request logs for security, abuse prevention, and reliability

Cookies / Local Storage

We use cookies or local storage to maintain session state and keep you signed in.

2) How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Service
Calculate AI usage costs and build dashboards
Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, alerts if enabled)
