What we do not store
Raw prompt/completion bodies and direct PII are not required for ingest and should not be sent.

Raw/summary retention is plan-based and visible in pricing/docs so teams can align compliance needs.
API key security
Keys are workspace-scoped, displayed once on creation, and can be rotated from Settings at any time.
