Trust proof pack

Opsmeter.io provides metadata-level AI telemetry controls for teams that need clear cost governance without storing prompt content.

What we store

Provider, model, endpoint tag, token counts, latency, and request-level telemetry metadata.

What we do not store

Raw prompt/completion bodies and direct PII are not required for ingest and should not be sent.

Retention policy

Raw/summary retention is plan-based and visible in pricing/docs so teams can align compliance needs.

API key security

Keys are workspace-scoped, displayed once on creation, and can be rotated from Settings at any time.

Data deletion request path

Send deletion or security requests to info@opsmeter.io with workspace details.

Enterprise roadmap (SSO/audit)

Enterprise roadmap includes SSO (SAML/OIDC) and expanded audit controls for governance-focused teams.

Data handling

Opsmeter.io is designed for metadata telemetry. Send provider, model, endpoint tag, token usage, latency, status, and request identifiers. Prompt bodies and completions are not required for core spend and guardrail workflows.

Recommended implementation pattern: hash user or tenant identifiers in your own boundary before ingest, and keep mapping logic in your internal systems.

Retention policy

Retention windows are plan-based and visible in pricing and docs. Raw rows support detailed forensics while summary rows preserve trend continuity for long-range reporting.

For regulated workflows, align workspace retention policy with your internal compliance schedule before production rollout.

Identity and roadmap

Workspace membership and role controls are available today. Enterprise roadmap includes SSO (SAML/OIDC) and expanded audit-log workflows for governance-sensitive organizations.

Feature availability may vary by plan and release date.
